In the college setting, studying effectively is something that is crucial to building skills and finding success. In order to improve, people will need to work on developing positive habits and integrating them into life.
The college setting is a unique one, because of the way that people are both managed a bot and yet are completely free to make all of their own decisions. For many, this kind of freedom is something that is fairly new, and they might not know the best way to budget their time.
