Technique #2: Encourage the under performers and recognize those who are performing well.
Included in the list of classroom discipline techniques is for you to be encouraging and to also show students that you have taken notice of their good performances. For instance, if you see students who are having a hard time with the lesson, encourage them to do better and tell them that you believe that they can do it. Part of classroom management strategies is also to praise students who are doing well in class and inform them that their efforts are not disregarded or overlooked. By doing these strategies, you'll be able to encourage good classroom behavior in the students.
