Technology seems to be on the cutting edge and it's just getting better. Very few people write letters anymore, they just send an email or a fax. You can talk to someone from anywhere in the world with a computer and even see them with the right software. Why should computer software just bring friends and family closer together and not be able to benefit teachers and parents as well?

Parents today seem to be losing touch with their children, especially with teenagers. It's very hard for a parent to get their teenager to talk about school and how they are doing.
